My step-son has an expander for his cleft palette repair and is going to his mom's for Thankgiving.
The dr told us to turn it once a night for 14 days and we've turned it 7 or 8 times.
His bio-mom doesn't have the key thing and doesn't know how to turn it. He'll be gone for 10 days.
Do I need to get bio-mom to get a key and get told how to turn it or can we skip it for that long? I'm worried about him skipping for that long.
