How often should I replace my toothbrush?

How long should I keep using my toothbrush? Do they have an "expiration" if you are keeping them clean and sanitary?

You should replace your toothbrush at least once every 3 months or if the bristles of your toothbrush start getting frayed. This way you will get the maximum effectiveness of your toothbrush.
